How does a 45-minute lesson actually work?
Our lessons are built on interaction. Once you've booked, you log in to your student space and join your teacher by video call. We focus on speaking and pronunciation. By the end of the session, you leave with new, concrete expressions to reuse, backed by our booklets and audio material.
How do I schedule my lessons?
You're in charge of your own timetable. From your personal space, you see the live calendar and book your sessions whenever you like, within your current subscription period. At each monthly renewal, booking opens for the following month.
Are the monthly subscriptions binding?
No. All our monthly plans are commitment-free, whatever pace you choose. You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, straight from your account. You keep access to the sessions you have already paid for until the end of the current period. The details and price of each plan are on the pricing page.
How does payment work?
Payments are fully secured by Stripe. On a plan, your card is charged automatically each month, on the anniversary date of your sign-up: that payment tops your lesson credits back up for the new month. Credits left unused within the month do not carry over.
Can I give lessons to someone close to me?
Yes, and it's a lovely idea. You pay with your own card, then write to us right after signing up so we can attach the access to the person who will be taking the lessons. If the recipient is a minor, sign-up is done under the responsibility of a parent or guardian, who remains our contact for the account and the payment.
How do I message my teacher between lessons?
Any active subscription opens the messaging built into the platform, and it stays open as long as an unused single course is valid in your account. Between lessons, you can send your teacher a written or voice message — to unlock a pronunciation, check the spelling of a sentence, or simply stay immersed in the language. Your exchanges stay in your space, with no third-party app.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, fourteen days, as for any online purchase. Our plans open access to the courses and to booking as soon as payment goes through: a dedicated checkbox, never ticked in advance, asks you at that moment to confirm this request for immediate access and to waive your right of withdrawal. If you withdraw anyway within the fourteen days, you are refunded whatever has not yet been used — lessons already attended and the part of the month elapsed remain due. For digital books the rule is stricter: once access is open, withdrawal is no longer possible.
